Hello... I'm Nicola Sutherland

I'm the founder and Managing Consultant of NS People Partners. I've worked in various areas of HR over the last 25 years, including retail, insurance and most recently collision repair, where I was the People Director for the fastest growing repair group in the UK. I know that any HR solution has to work in the real world and deliver results quickly to enable you to achieve your commercial goals.
I believe my experience gives me unique insight into how to help you, as bodyshop owners and managers, get the best out of your people. My goal is to make it as easy as possible to deal with “people processes” so you can get on with making your business successful.
